This department provides confirmations for clients of HSBC UK Bank PLC only

For clients of HSBC Bank PLC there is a separate department on Confirmation.com titled “HSBC Bank PLC.”  If you are an auditor and are not sure which of the two units your client is served by, please contact your client to confirm.

Submission to an incorrect department may result in rejection of the request or a prolonged turnaround time.

  1. Use the UK - Consolidated form for confirmation of multiple balances and account types (e.g. Deposits, Trade, Commodity & Derivatives)
  2. Please note that a client authorisation letter can be requested at the discretion of the bank.
  3. Attach a file with all group entity names and account number/relationship details when you send consolidated requests.
  4. For UK – Asset forms please FILL IN THE SORT CODE. If you don’t include the sort code in the “Sort Code Field” the request will be rejected. Please do NOT add anything in the Account Description field, as it won’t be considered for the response.
