Is Confirmation secure?

What is the fee structure?

Confirmation is a service for auditors, and as such, auditors are charged a professional fee by Confirmation for using this service. The service represents the productivity gains and value experienced by both the auditor and the client. There is no fee for banks.

How does my customer provide authorisation?

Customers will provide authorisation digitally in Confirmation. The client’s auditor will set up the client profile and authorised signers.

  • An email notification will be received from their Auditor to prompt the digital authorisation.
  • Customer can provide authorisation via sign or upload image
